Step Up Your Fitness Game
In our personal training sessions you will learn new exercises, correct old patterns, and fine tune whatever it is we have to in order to take your training up a level. No matter your focus, we can address it most efficiently in a 1-to-1 environment. Using a limitless set of movements we will target your unique needs. Since each one of us has a different body and biology no two sessions look the same. Training together ranges from 30-90 minutes and will include warming-up, strength work, introduction to a new skill, light conditioning, and a cool-down / restorative piece to bring your body back to neutral.
Your first-time assessment is free. This is where you and I meet and talk about who you are and what you want. From there, I assess your current level of fitness, movement, and recommend a training plan tailored to meet your goals while accommodating your current lifestyle. After sessions, I often assign “take-home” exercises for you to practice on your own. Instructions for the exercises will be provided via email and/or video content to help you remember what you have learned.
This is perfect for anybody looking to compete in a sport, accelerate their training progress, or get in better shape for the curve balls life throws us. Also suggested for anyone who is trying to educate themselves about their body and physical movement. If you’re trying to get on higher ground in life, weekly sessions are recommended for you. It lets us build our relationship and better pave the path for your success.
