Understanding Time and Space

Multi-planar training is designed for highly competent movers looking to further their pursuit of dynamic and ballistic training. It is not for people who are in their first few years of understanding how to use their bodies, as it requires a high level of kinesthetic literacy, superb nervous system regulation, and a high level of tissue resiliency. It focuses on teaching movement kinesthetics with the fourth dimension in mind–time and space.

Train Rugged incorporates tri-planar movement into all of their programs to increase joint capability and muscular reactivity. This specific protocol differs in that it introduces rhythmic / pendulum sequencing teaching power production and force transfer. Great for more advanced bodies looking to take themselves to the next level of performance or training.
