Group Fitness



If working out in a group is something you love to do, then you can find me either at Om Namo Center in Cambridge or Our Crew Fitness in Brighton any day of the week. I do not teach your typical group classes with a ‘bootcamp’ feel. They are structured with deliberation and a focus every time. I assign a couple of learning points to focus on, and try to bring as much of a personal touch as I can. Between my two locations I teach 10 classes a week, and spend the rest of my time doing private sessions. If you want to get better and enjoy a group environment then this is a great way to do it.

In addition to larger groups I also offer private group training for 1-on-2, 1-on-3, or 1-on-4 by private request only. Contact me if you’re interested!
